We Have Several Options for Online Payments

    • We will set up your online payment account, add information for where you would like payments deposited, and provide a custom link to a payment page.

    • Payment links can be shared with customers or potential donors by email or text, by adding a link to your website, or adding it to printed materials, such as a paper invoice.

    • We can also create custom payment forms when we build your website that automatically add the processing fees to the payment, so that you receive 100% of the amount owed. Funds are deposited in as little as 2 days.

    • We can create a dedicated donations page for your nonprofit.

    • The page allows for custom donation amounts, photo, description, and one-time or monthly giving. Donors also have the option to make the donation anonymous and/or add a dedication.

    • Just like our first option, you can share a link to this page by email or text, post it on your website, or add it to printed materials.

    • We will also apply for reduced fees (2.2% instead of 2.9%) available to qualified nonprofits (Must have 501(c)(3) IRS status).

    • We can set up products ranging from online store goods to fees, such as licensing, permits, or utility payments.

  • No Additional Fees – learn more
    • There are no additional fees above what the card processing company (stripe) charges and no monthly charges to process payments. Current processing fees are: 2.9% of total payment plus 30 cents per transaction. (As low as 2.2% plus 30 cents for 501(c)(3) nonprofits).

    • Invoicing, subscriptions, and related services are also available for a small, additional percentage (as low as .7% – seven tenths of one percent.)

    • All options feature payments deposited directly into your bank account in as little as two business days; or instantly (within 30 minutes with a valid debit card).

    • Processing fees are minimal and fees or a flat surcharge can be added to the billing amount with a custom form or on the checkout page.

    • A number of secure payment methods are available through our custom payment pages (Credit or Debit cards, Link, Amazon Pay; and Google Pay or Apple Pay on mobile devices) and more.
